1Introduction

4Account Registration & KYC

Each eligible user may register one Account only. Users found to operate multiple accounts — whether under their own name or fictitious identities — will have all associated accounts suspended and balances frozen pending investigation.

14Suspension & Termination

pak777 reserves the right to suspend, restrict or permanently close your Account at its sole discretion, including but not limited to circumstances where:

• You breach any provision of these Terms.

• There is evidence of fraud, identity misrepresentation or money laundering in connection with your Account.
• You are found to be operating from a Restricted Jurisdiction.

• Your Account has remained inactive for an extended period in accordance with pak777's inactive account policy.

Upon closure of your Account for breach, pak777 reserves the right to forfeit any remaining balance, including real-money funds, where permitted by applicable law. Where closure is initiated for regulatory reasons unrelated to your conduct, real-money balances will be returned following completion of any required compliance review.

You may close your own Account at any time by contacting pak777 support. Upon closure, any open bets will be settled according to their outcome, and remaining real-money balances will be returned to a verified payment method following applicable KYC checks.

15Governing Law & Dispute Resolution

This choice of governing law does not affect any mandatory consumer protection rights you may hold under the laws of your country of residence.

16Amendments to These Terms
